Description
Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Patient Care Manager to join the Leadership Team in our* ADD LOCATION HERE Office.*
Working under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Patient Care Manger is responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of our hospice program, for ensuring the provision of quality care to patients and families, and for ongoing evaluation of staff and services.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent service, and the desire to support and mentor our Olathe hospice team.
