The GoodLife nurse plays an important role supporting the Administrator/Manager in the care we provide for our residents. Each GoodLife nurse should do the following upon entering the GoodLife home:
Read the Communication Log

Other tasks to perform Daily, Weekly and/or Monthly
Weekly:
Monthly
-Delegate med trained staff
-Attend care plan meetings with manager and families as needed
-Nursing Assessments due every 6 months (maintain accurate list)
-complete a Level of Care form and give to the Manager
-complete the Assessment on the eMAR system
-Care Plans every 6 months or as a significant change in condition dictates
-Are any assessments needed that support the Resident Nurse’s Assessment?
