Area Manager:

Job Description

This position will work with our senior management team and technical staff to help create and maintain our value proposition. Strategic planning is a key element to this position since it is the Area Manager's responsibility to oversee operational, administrative and customer relations for that persons group of accounts. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services ISG can provide, and the competitive landscape in the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support our workforce employees to ensure they are successful in their responsibilities.
2. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
3. Understand customers' needs and perform site surveys
4. Develop, implement & maintain effective & successful strategies for the company in managing our employee base.
5. Work with operations to develop proposals and specialty sales that meet the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
6. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

Required Qualifications:

Languages: English and verbal in Spanish Experience:

3 years of related experience, including managing employees, quality control and customer relations

Compensation ISG offers a competitive base salary and unlimited commission/Bonus programs, a comprehensive benefits package that includes Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time off, disability, laptop, smart phone allowance, and car allowance and related expenses and more.

Base salary of $40,000 to $60,000 per annum
