Opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing, gluten-free baked goods company

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to preset recipes
• Bake breads and consumer packaged goods (granola, cookies, crackers, etc.)
• Package final products for pick-up and delivery
• Help maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Clean and sanitize the work area and equipment
• Dishwashing
• End of the day shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year(s) baking experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Passion for quality food and a team player
• Food Handlers certification required
• Ability to work standing for long periods and to lift moderate to heavy loads
• Experience with commercial production is preferred, but we will train passionate individuals
