GoNET Global is Hiring a Remote Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager, you will make a key impact on branch culture by partnering with junior associates to help clients reach their goals.

From the moment clients arrive at our digital business center, you will be providing a best-in-class experience for them throughout their time with us to increase client dedication, engagement and develop long-lasting positive relationships.

Weekly Pay and Uncapped Commission

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls by customers

  • Provide introductory information to new customers
  • Troubleshooting issues about a product or service
