Goldin Group LLC is Hiring a Remote Events Coordinator

Goldin is seeking an Events Coordinator who will work directly with the Events Manager and be responsible for the planning and execution of all events that Goldin produces and participates in. This includes significant trade shows, industry conferences, brand activations, and bespoke customer engagement events.

This role will be a hybrid working schedule in our office in Runnemede, NJ. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning of events including on-site activations, local and national trade shows, dinners, etc. across all company brands
  • Assist with sourcing and managing all required vendors
  • Attend events and ensure that on-site operations run smoothly
  • Work with key cross-functioning departments prior to events to prepare and plan

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning
  • Experience with B2C events, and trade show experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel to attend events
  • Detail oriented, professional and a collaborative team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Creative and conceptual thinker than can turn strong ideas into practical tools, materials and programs to support company goals
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel) and Google Docs
