Goldin is looking for a Business Development Partnerships Manager who will play a critical role in establishing and nurturing relationships with priority business-to-business partners at Goldin. These partners run the gamut from sports to media to collectibles and more. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring these relationships are successful and fruitful for all parties involved and will provide sound, actionable communication both internally and externally about partner success. 

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and grow strong relationships with priority partners across a variety of industries (e.g., sports, entertainment, collectibles) 
• Serve as the primary point of contact with partners to ensure that all account/partnership management matters are resolved 
• Ensure that all partnership requirements are completed in a thorough and timely manner 
• Evaluate and report on the performance of partnerships and work with leadership to enhance partnership strategy 
• Work with the business development deal team to renew and expand existing successful partnerships 
• Work with the business development deal team to identify new partnership opportunities 
• Work cross-functionally within the organization to advocate for key partners 

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful partnership management within the context of a marketing partnerships or business development function 
• 3-5 years of experience 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to successfully manage numerous projects and partnerships simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of collectibles industry is a plus

The salary range for this position is $82,743 - $108,540 - $134,336. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
