Job Details
We are looking for a Full Time Call Center Representative to join our team.
Job Duties Include:
- Taking high volume inbound calls from patients regarding inquiries or appointments
- Accurately screening and routing patient calls to appropriate departments
- Enter, review, and update patient demographics and insurance information as provided
- Take and distribute grammatically correct, accurate, and legible messages
- Counsel patients regarding appropriate and necessary information to bring to appointment (e.g. referral or x-ray) or directions to clinic
Per CDPH guidelines COVID-19 vaccination is required for all our positions.
