Santa Anita Retirement Center is looking to hire a full-time Admissions Coordinator. As the Admissions Coordinator, you will work to attract suitable candidates for admission and integrates them seamlessly into the system. You will establish and maintain a constant working relationship with all potential referral sources, conduct tours and pre-admission interviews with prospective residents/responsible parties and explain all facility services. Our Admission Coordinator receives and reviews all inquiries regarding facility admissions via telephone, email, fax, and in person. Extracts information from referral and completes information sheet for team review. He/she will also review admissions for suitability with the Administrator and the Wellness nurse, as appropriate, for an admissions decision. You will also be responsible for following up with the resident after they have been admitted to ensure their transition is smooth and they are satisifed with the services being rendered.
