Overview
Full-time remote! Serves as the Senior HR Classification Specialist responsible for Position Management and Classification, planning, managing, evaluating, and advising management on the effectiveness of classification of Senior Executive Service (SES) and Senior Level (SL). Responsibilities
Responsible for policy formulation and management of full range of SES and SL position classification functions. This includes providing program analysis, interpretation, development, and/or implementation of laws, regulations, and policies involving compensation and classification practices; compensation and classification, position management; classification flexibilities and incentives for recruitment, management, and retention of the SES's.
Responsible for advising management on SES program activities including SES pay, protocol, and tiering. Recommendations made by the incumbent may alter or significantly influence the content of SES and SL PDs.
Furnishes authoritative advice and counsel on the full range of matters pertinent to SES classification. Collects, reviews and analyzes programmatic information and data and provides comprehensive assessment of program(s) successes and deficiencies to all levels.
Classification of a total of 18 SES/SL positions to be classified.
Position is intermittent and 100% remote Qualifications
