Golden Bear Physical Therapy is Hiring an IT Technical Analyst I Near Modesto, CA
- Supporting end users in a help desk environment.
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
- Roll out of new equipment (desktops, laptops, wireless equipment, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Quickly triaging incidents for clients.
- Monitoring the alerts generated by tools to resolve incidents before clients are aware
- Provide technical support of personal computers, printers and basic server support in network environment
- Delivery, installation and set up of such systems in the end user community
- Installation of approved software as well as the diagnostics of hardware and software problems encountered by end users.
- Work with IT team to scope, specify and assist with integrations when new acquisitions are made.
- Configure security settings or access permissions for groups or individuals.
- Troubleshoot network or connectivity problems for users or user groups.
- Install new hardware or components, ensuring integration with existing network systems.
- Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each job.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail and Teams.
- Knowledge in basic networking configurations, including concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and subnetting.
- Subject to Travel for integrations as needed
- Remote work is permitted once a week upon request
- Experience in device imaging and deployment preferred.
- Experience in Windows Operating Systems, including Windows Server 2008-2019.
- Knowledge of Office 365 suite, including account/object management and application of licenses.
- Experience with Active Directory necessary. Group policy experience preferred.
- Some knowledge of PowerShell/scripting preferred.
- Ability to maintain contact with the client through the completion of an incident/service request.
- Ability to problem-solve and to meet reasonable deadlines.
- Ability to work with a team with minimal supervision.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Must have valid CA license
Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma, AA Degree (preferred)
Experience: 1-2 years IT experience with a focus on managing client networks
