Goldelm Capital is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Tech for our Kissimmee market. The Maintenance tech is responsible for effectively making sure all work orders are being completed, on call, punches and groundskeeper while also maximizing the living experience for the residents and the community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Diagnoses, performs, inspects, delegates and monitors property-wide maintenance and repair items timely and effectively
• Order maintenance supplies, adhere to budget and communicate all variances
• Maintain all required logs
• Responsible for pool, grills and deck area
• Monitor, maintain and operate compactors
• Develop and mentor team members
• Supervise preventative maintenance program
• Schedule turn key
• Maintain strong rapport with residents while delivering a high quality of customer service
• Demoing cabinets and countertops for upgrading units

Schedule:

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Kissimmee, FL 34741: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Plumbing and electrical: 3 years (Preferred)
• HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)
