Summary:

Goldbelt Apex, LLC is seeking a qualified, part-time Technical Writer who will provide technical writing support and quality assurance services necessary to accomplish the specific tasks in developing education and training products in support of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) at JBSA Ft. Sam Houston, Texas. Position will be 100% remote, supportable from locations other than San Antonio, TX, if approved by the Government.

Essential Job Functions:

• Write a variety of technical documents, reports, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses
• Review and proofread training deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency of grammar mechanics and expressions, formatting, logical organization and development, and readability
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Functional Lead to develop standards and protocols with team members for project documentation
• Maintain stylistic, notational, and organizational standards to unify communications
• May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document
• Collaborate with Design and Development teams to understand the creative context of training deliverables
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multi-projects simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline and four (4) to six (6) years of experience in technical writing
