Goldbelt, Inc. is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Atlanta, GA

Summary: Looking for a Program Analyst to support and advise the Program Manager/lead in planning, managing, and evaluating programs, operations, and processes. Program Analyst will assist in evaluations of operational and program effectiveness and develop solutions to make improvements and/or address performance issues.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of team projects and initiatives and deliverables
  • Provide general office support to staff as needed (proofing, editing, copies, drafting, etc.) 
  • Analyze, present and report on key performance indicators and progress
  • Assist team with data review, beta testing of new software/systems
  • Provide data summaries, progress reports and trends
  •  Take meeting minutes and prepare memos upon request. Participate in staff conference calls
  • Collect datasets and information regarding customer testing and user feedback
  • Assess and advise on potential issues related to operations, schedules and performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to those contacted in the course of work
  • Use of computers, computer applications, and software
  • Maintain all electronic files in an organized fashion
  • Analyze programs, policies, procedures and systems and make recommendations for optimization
  • Evaluate operational and program effectiveness and develop solutions to make improvements or address performance issues
  • Develop best practice and guides for data gathering database management and Team communication
  • Review databases to make sure that all entries are complete
  • Answer telephones and directs calls to appropriate staff
  • Track staff records, schedule and training
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work under limited supervision
  • Ability to analyze complex business process, identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
  • Experience drafting documents and creating progress reports
  • Detailed oriented
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  •  Ability to collect and analyze complex sets of data
  • Strong project management skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Management, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience working with the CDC is highly desired to understand the culture and environment.
