Summary:

Under the general direction of the Division Managers, the Operations Support Manager will support Goldbelt Security, LLC by executing day to day functions in support of the five key avenues of Tactical Equipment Sales, Medical Supplies and PPE, Engineering, Security, and Training related Services.

The duties and responsibilities of an Operations Support Manager require a solid set of skills to lead and monitor teamwork. These interpersonal requirements are in addition to hands-on abilities that require attention to detail and organization. They must collaborate with stakeholders and managerial personnel to create a stable organizational infrastructure and growth. Duties include

Essential Job Functions:

• Proficient in Federal Firearm License and Federal Explosives License. Position will be taking over primary responsibilities in managing the program for Goldbelt Security.
• Responsibility for supporting contracts administration and support to management staff includes completion of standard forms and assisting with contracts and agreements with teaming members
• Proficiency and expertise in the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Provide support for all aspects of proposal development
• Responsibility for business development/capture to include assisting in the shaping of opportunities and building a network of relationships.
• Receive, Inventory, catalog, kit, palletize, and ship all deliveries to customers
• Inner/Inter-Company Shipping and Receiving. IE ship items to employees, such as test kits etc
• Manager Day to day office functions, IE alarm system and internet support
• Purchase supplies, furniture, other goods for office use
• Create and distribute marketing materials for company personnel IE Trade show materials, business cards
• Support RFQs across all aspects of response requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work effectively with team members
• Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to perform detail-oriented work
• Ability to interact effectively with management, military personnel, the public and staff to provide marketing and recruitment services
• Willing to travel for training, business development and other opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in government contracting to include:
  • Contracts administration training
  • 8(a) certification
  • ISO certification
  • Business development, price-to-win, strategy, capture, bid and proposal, color teaming

Preferred Qualifications:

• Secret clearance
• Master’s in business administration
