The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring all operations of Casino, Restaurant, RV Resort, Lottery, and Convenience Store are performed to highest expectations resulting in maximum profit, guest and employee satisfaction and loyalty.
The General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of over 80 employees that oversees:
Minimum five years previous casino management experience required. Must possess knowledge of casino policies & procedures and internal controls. Knowledge of interpersonal communications, public communications, organizational communications and customer relations required. Ability to demonstrate leadership abilities and emulation of professionalism. Must possess extensive experience in planning, development and organization. Bachelors degree strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
