Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Driver's license (UT preferred)
• Detail oriented
• Lift up to 150 lbs on occassion
• Prior experience in building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sprinklers, landscaping.

Primary Functions:

General building and property maintenance for a local business, servicing multiple locations/sites within the Salt Lake and Utah County valleys.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Swamp cooler and space heater startup/shutdown and basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Landscape maintenance including basic sprinkler irrigation and repair
• Basic tree and shrub trimming and weed mitigation
• Carpet cleaning knowledge
• Basic 120 volt electrical knowledge
• Experience with various types of interior light fixtures
• Appliance installation and troubleshooting experience
• Heating and air conditioning basic maintenance including filter changes

Must be a self-started, driven, able to work autonomously and effectively manage project time throughout the day. The current shift we are looking to fill will likely be Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM or possibly 7:00AM-4:00PM. Company work truck/vehicle, tools, and cell phone allowance provided.
