Branch Manager

Goetze Dental is a fifth-generation, family-owned, wholesale distributor of dental supplies and capital equipment. Since 1884, we have exclusively supported the private dental practice and believe it is where the best patient care is delivered. Our company is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager, interested in providing best-in-class customer service and support for our loyal dental customers. This individual should have customer service, office management or administrative experience with a strong background in communication and problem solving. Our service strategy is to provide high-level customer service with reaction times that enable our customers to stay productive, limiting office down-time from mechanical failures and ensuring continuous patient care.

Job Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Goetze Dental’s St. Louis office location. The Branch Manager schedules and dispatches technicians for service repairs and preventative maintenance in the St. Louis area. Job duties consist of maintaining the office organization and cleanliness, answering phone calls, coordinating customer parts orders, shipping & receiving packages, and scheduling building maintenance. Additional roles include assisting Sales Reps & Equipment Specialists with clerical tasks, asset tracking, and reporting status updates back to the Corporate Office.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Promptly answers customer calls and works directly with service technicians to ensure a timely, efficient, and effective response to service requests
• Utilizes company systems to coordinate field activities and process orders
• Communicates with team members and customers to ensure everyone is aware of current schedule, time-off requests, parts order status, manufacturer repair status, upcoming preventative maintenance, projects, and other applicable tasks
• Maintains a clean and organized facility
• Maintains a preventative maintenance schedule for St. Louis customers
• Orders, tracks, and schedules parts
• Coordinates goods returns to headquarters in Kansas City
• Facilitates all shipping / receiving activities with UPS
• Coordinates rental item check-in and out

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Experience in a leadership role
• Familiarity with St. Louis area and surrounding cities
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and lift standard UPS packages

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in a Customer Service, Office Administration or Leadership role
• Dental Industry experience
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• SAP Business One or other ERP software experience, preferred

Travel / Location

• Branch Manager must be based out of the St. Louis, MO office
