We are looking for the best skilled outgoing HVAC Service Technicians that want to be on the cutting edge of innovation and technology.
HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Must have technical ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Help resolve customer's needs
• Create opportunities for the sales department
• Identify the appropriate way to satisfy our customer's needs
• Cross promote all products sold by the business
• Inspect all HVAC systems to identify preventative maintenance, repair and replacement opportunities
• Ensure all appropriate tests are performed and documented during maintenance
• Ability to manage time and remain organized

Minimum starting pay $23 CU Commission (DOE)
Requirements
HVAC Service Technician Requirements:

• 2 years of Residential HVAC Technician experience
• EPA II or Universal Certification
• OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be comfortable in a sales environment
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone) and comprehensive background check
• US work authorization

Physical Demands :
Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying. Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, around fumes and toxic chemicals, outside and inside. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Requires local travel. Salary Description

Minimum starting pay $23 CU Commission (DOE)
