Go-Forth Pest Control is Hiring an Office Manager Near Greensboro, NC

Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Go-Forth Pest is seeking an Office Manager who will manage the day to day administrative duties of the corporate office. This will include managing Go-Forth Pest Control’s incoming and outgoing mail, ordering supplies and food, and weekly and monthly administrative support reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Google Sheets and office equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the mail for the organization and ensuring that all applicable mail is distributed to the appropriate individual. Prepare shipments to other branch locations as needed. 
  • Warmly greets all visitors to the Go-Forth Corporate office and assists them as needed. 
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and orders supplied as needed.
  • Maintains the facility space and ensures that it is welcoming to all employees and visitors. 
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors, and supporting other Go-Forth departments on an as needed basis
  • Processing required weekly and monthly organizational reporting to support various departments and customers. 
  • Performs other job duties as required.

  • Associates and or bachelors degree in in business, information management, facilities management, or related field
