About The Role:

* Reporting to the Senior Partnership Development Manager, the Partnership Development Associate is responsible for outreaching to, establishing and management new beauty brand relationships. You will work to ensure the on time fulfillment of products for all beauty box requirements (e.g Glossybox), in line with set themes and overall budgets. You will also manage feedback communication with brand partners in order to develop relationships for future initiatives and collaborations.

Responsibilities Will Include:

* Product sourcing from current & new partners

* Partnership management including outreach to new partners, management of current relationships & external reporting on projects and providing feedback to partners

* Working alongside the wider marketing team to ensure all objectives are met in product sourcing
