Work on the Ash process, which is a type of Dry Etching that is used in semiconductor fabrication mainly for resist removal applications. Essential Responsibilities: Manufacture highest quality semiconductor chips on a 300 mm wafer with optimum speed, performance and yield. Work on the Ash process, which is a type of Dry Etching that is used in semiconductor fabrication mainly for resist removal applications. Produce applications like Cloud/Data center servers, CPU/GPU, high-end mobile processors, automotive ADAS, wired and wireless networking and IoT edge computing. Maintain various high volume manufacturing technologies like 14LPP, 12LP and 12RF. Support development work on newer products and technologies that are not in production phase yet like 45RF and 14BR. Responsible for maintaining recipe management, Statistical Process Control, chamber matching, Cpk improvement and sustaining the production line by troubleshooting process and tool issues. Develop robust and manufactural process recipes and collaborate with other modules like Contamination Free Manufacturing and Process Integration for defect reduction and containment. Qualify and optimize new tools and processes as needed for increasing capacity targets. Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs. Required Qualifications: Education – Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or closely related field of study. Requires two years of experience as a Process Engineer, Project Manager, or similar role. The two years of experience must include experience with: statistical analysis, structured problem solving, FMEA line yield improvement, Design of Experiments (DOE), JMP or MATLAB, tool matching and performance improvements, and semiconductor or plasma physics experience.
