Summary of Role:

Sustain production line, daily statistical process control (SPC) monitoring, Cpk improvement, and troubleshooting for process and tool issues in support of semiconductor manufacturing efforts.

Essential Responsibilities:

Sustain production line, daily statistical process control (SPC) monitoring, Cpk improvement, and troubleshooting for process and tool issues in support of semiconductor manufacturing efforts. Work on tool set up, qualification, and tool matching. Improve process robustness for high-volume manufacturing using statistical tools, design of experiment (DOE) techniques, data driven decision-making and systematic problem-solving skills. Use lean manufacturing and Six Sigma processes. Design, execute, and analyze experiments to develop advanced front-end-of-line (FEOL), middle-of-line (MOL), and back-end-of-line (BEOL) etch processes to meet technology (e.g. performance, yield, and reliability) and manufacturing (e.g. process stability, cost of ownership) targets. Support the Integration team and Quality organization to ensure technology meets qualification and reliability requirements. Support the process planning and quality organizations to ensure the equipment meet the cost, quality and reliability metrics.

Other Responsibilities:

· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

· Education – Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field of study.

· Experience – 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in a manufacturing environment. Requires 2 years of experience in: 1. managing technical and execution risk during change points 2. SPC (Statistical Process Control), risk assessment, and DOE (Design of Experiment) techniques 3. structured problem solving and root cause analysis with solution development (5-WHY, 8-D) 4. writing and ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality management systems 5. collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Salary range: $93,200–$115,500
