Duties:
JOB PURPOSE: To provide administrative support and develop workflow process and systems for a Client and/or Client Director with minimal supervision and direction. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: 1. Composes correspondence without draft contents. 2. Coordinates travel arrangements and other duties or projects as needed. 3. Enters data into a database, provides summary reports, and adds fields as necessary. 4. Schedule meetings and appointments. Transcribes minutes of meetings. 5. Answers, screens, and initiates phone calls rerouting inquiries for Client. 6. Coordinates gathering of input, documents, etc. from single sources for reports and presentations. 7. Serves as liaison for the Client/work unit.
Skills:
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum: Inter,te MS 2010 Word, Excel and Outlook skills; Minimum 45 wpm keyboarding / typing speed. Desired: MS 2010 PowerPoint YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum: 1-3 years PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING Critical thinking skills to exercise good judgment in communications and in assisting with problem. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS Trains and orients staff in specific procedures as assigned. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills that reflect a positive attitude and a sense of commitment to our patients, work associates and community. OTHER Excellent organizational skills; Ability to work independently.
