Position Overview: Assisting in the day-to-day management of the assigned location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
Availability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
License Requirement: : The employee will be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.
Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.
Customer Service: Have a strong customer orientation and positive attitude. Able to respond to requests for service and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment; Able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
