Location: Titusville, NJ ( 2 Days/week Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

PHI Interchange BA:

• Technical Release Roadmap - Manage and ensure execution.
• Working with IT to ensure on-time, quality execution of release.
• Metrics and Reporting Leverage tableau to systematically report out metrics.
• Attestation Efficacy Ensure they are applied to optimize 360 output.
• Data Quality/Oversight Manage backlog and ensure efficacy of releases.
• To include evaluation of asks from Business, partnership with TPO, to ensure build supports end user needs

Patient Authorization BA:

• Validate and document - What Good Looks like for Patient Authorization (Benchmark)
• By TA Document and visualize where their Auth capture is at vs. Benchmark.
• Identify gaps relative to What Good Looks Like
• Partner with Rebecca (BPO) as she partners with to develop a plan to execute Patient Auth with each TA
• To include documentation/codification of their each TAs future-state flow
• Data Quality/Oversight Ensure efficacy of data-fix releases.
• To include efficacy of CR 730 and ongoing research

Data BA/Assist

• Support split workstreams, double as my eyes/ears on refinement sessions
• Migration, Integration, Patient MDM, Archival Strategy
• Research support chase down business questions (how is this field used, what is it needed to support, where does it live (object), what do things look like in PEM) in partnership with Technical BA
• Engage in brand-specific review

Must:

BA experience (min 5 yrs)

Pharma experience (min 5 yrs)

Onsite at TTV 2x/week

Detail-oriented and organized

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Excellent facilitator, especially in virtual meetings

Resourceful and proactive in digging for information

Collaborates well with cross-functional stakeholders (business, IT)

Nice to have:

Already familiar with JNJ policies and processes

Capability Requirements/Preferences:

• Demonstrated success in moving projects from inception to completion
• Analytics Capabilities a must
• Experience developing Digital Flow maps a plus
• Health cloud experience is a plus
• Curiosity/tenacity is a must
• User story experience or product ownership/management is a plus
• Compliance knowledge is a plus
