The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver projects working with the Marketing Operation and Demand Generation (Launch) team as a part of the greater Global Marketing Group (GMG) of Nagase. This is a strategic project management role where the primary focus will be the project management of the Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation, Creative, and Marketing Operations work tracks for Nagase global marketing projects or work tracks within a large enterprise digital transformation program. The role requires sufficient experience in global enterprise digital transformations and implementations with relevant experience as it relates to Marketing Strategy and Operations.
The Project Manager will shepherd the execution of the program and project-related deliverables by working closely with the GMG PPM and Launch teams, as well as other teams within GMG (Global Market Insights (GMI), Marketing Technology (MarTech), Brand, Executive), Nagase teams and external partners. Thriving in our team’s start-up culture requires a growth mindset, exceptional communication skills, and an innate ability to deal with ambiguity, self-direct in a fast-paced environment. This person will need to embody strong project management and interpersonal skills. This person will report to the PPM team to the Associate Director of Project Management.
