Responsibilities

The HRIT Manager is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for working with the SVP of HR to provide strategic leadership for HR technology and HRIT functions. This individual ensures all of the Company's HRIT policies and programs are competitive, sustainable, scalable and positively impact the organization's long and short-term performance. Additionally, the HRIT Manager ensures that hardware and software meet data management needs and business requirements and that all HR-related systems are regularly updated and compliant with labor regulations.

  • Drive strategy for HR systems, including integrations and data integrity for HCM/HRIT, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Talent, and Reporting. This includes the maintenance and improvements of current systems and recommendations for and implementation of new technology.
  • Provide workforce reporting and analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop systems and process roadmaps to support all stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR to deliver and maintain compensation framework, including position management, grade structure, and mass changes.
  • Optimize HRIT systems creating opportunities for automation and the reduction of manual processes.
  • Work collaboratively with enterprise IT counterparts on releases/upgrades, testing, security roles, integrations, and other shared systems.
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, from end users to executives, regarding upcoming projects, resource requirements, timelines, and project participation.
  • Monitor technology trends in HRIT to anticipate and prepare for future or emerging HR technology solutions with consideration for business and user needs.
  • Ensure data governance is established and leveraged consistently throughout HR and in the broader organization as it relates to people data
  • Build and enable strategy and operations of all reporting and HR analytics tools including, but not limited to, performance dashboards, background checks, compliance reporting and custom reporting to support business needs
  • Develop and maintain procedures for compensation administration, HR policies, position management, compliance and

  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Five (5) or more years of Human Resources experience is required. Preferably with a background in HRIT.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Experience with HCM and integrated 3rd party solutions.
  • Experience leading and building strong, collaborative teams.
  • Strong technical acumen and knowledge of HR systems and technologies.
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills (both written and oral).
