Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level support for the CEO through efficient facilitation, and coordination of the Administrative office on a daily basis. Executive Administrative Assistant may conduct research, prepare statistical reports, handle confidential information, and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
