Caretaker Job Details:

• Hours – Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
• Pay Range – $17.50 / hour
• Location – Maple Grove, MN - Arbor Glen Apartments

Caretaker Job Objective(s):

The Caretaker is to keep assigned inside and outside common areas and available units of the property clean, orderly, and pleasant. Provide an environmentally safe and clean setting for the residents and guests of the property.

Caretaker Job Responsibilities:

• Tour property daily to assess and clean all areas to the standard cleanliness
• Clean vacated apartments/townhomes in preparation for new resident move-in
• Report any shortages, damages, or security issues
• Assist with grounds work (i.e., sweep sidewalks, water plants, snow removal, etc.)
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Assist Property Management/Leasing office as requested 
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Caretaker Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Customer Service oriented

Please note: The Caretaker position is required to participate in an on-call rotation every three (3) weeks.
