Glastender is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team. Founded in 1969, we are a leading national manufacturer of stainless steel bar and restaurant equipment. In this role, the Project Engineer is expected to design, build, test, and evaluate products with consideration for cost, reliability, manufacture-ability, and regulatory requirements. Excellent computer skills along with experience using 3D modeling design software. Above average mechanical skills with good coordination and the ability to take accurate dimensional measurements. Experience or knowledge of materials and sheet metal production processes including, but not limited to: laser cutting, shearing, bending, welding, and assembly to meet product design and manufacturing requirements. Bachelor's degree in engineering required. A minimum of 3 years of sheet metal design, fabrication, and electro-mechanical systems, preferred.
