Glassdoor is looking for a Director of Total Rewards to join our growing People Team. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference at the ground level of a global tech company. Reporting to the Head of People, this key position will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all compensation and benefits at Glassdoor. The ideal person will be a team player with a strategic mindset who also likes to roll up their sleeves as needed, and will bring extensive comp and benefits experience in both a fast-growing start-up and larger organization.
Base Salary Range*: $173,000 - $259,000
Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU):
***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, there are additional RSU grant awards for the very top performers.
