- Review details and enter data into the accounting system concerning vendor accounts and miscellaneous invoices
- Reconciles account payments to the accounting system and research discrepancies with Managers and/or customers
- Provides customer service to customers who may have inquiries pertaining to their accounts
- Balance credit card and electronic payment transactions and updates work orders and customer accounts daily
- Prepares bank deposits and run incoming checks through electronic deposit
- Pull data from our system/outside, perform analysis, report findings and recommendations
- Performs other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
- Applicable previous experience (2 years bookkeeping and/or accounts receivable)
- Knowledge and comfort with QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced office environment.
