What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Liaison position at Glades Talent LLC.?

The Position:

Exciting opportunity to join our company as an outside sales healthcare liaison. This position is responsible for lead generation and healthcare channel move-in goals. In this role you will call on a mix of account types including hospitals and rehabs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate new professional referrals and nurture existing relationships to continue incremental growth in target market
  • Generate an average of two direct referrals daily to ensure move-in quota achievement
  • Convert and advance qualified referrals into customer move-ins together with local advisement team to achieve monthly sales quota
  • Meet new contacts within hospitals and rehabilitation centers and follow up with referral sources on patient outcomes
  • Develop and adhere to reoccurring sales calls to ensure strong repeatable referral pipeline

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Three or more years of B2B sales experience in a hospital setting
  • Fast paced environment with the ability to multi task
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to thrive in an independent work environment
  • Ability to promote best in class solutions with all healthcare professionals and families
  • Successfully demonstrated experience working cross functionally and in a partner sale
  • Daily recording of all sales activity and next steps in Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and willingness to learn other web based tools
  • College coursework preferred
  • If you are hired to work as a Healthcare Liaison, you will be required to provide proof that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine within 45 days of your start date

Compensation:

  • Possibility to earn over $100k with uncapped bonus potential
