Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PCand is responsible for administrative support and performing various clerical duties and special projects as assigned. Present the Community Care division in a professional, efficient, effective manner.

• Maintain office supply inventory, order supplies as necessary including required hire packet forms
• Data Entry, as assigned
• Assist with typing and distribution of memos and meeting agendas

About You

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of six months paid or volunteer experience in working with people with disabilities
