JOB SUMMARY

The Business Systems Analyst is accountable for overseeing business systems for the Mission Delivery department in tandem with leadership throughout the organization including Finance, Product Programs, Membership, Programs, and Fund Development. The systems include but are not limited to Looker, Volunteer Systems, NetSuite, Digital Cookie, M2, and eBudde. He/she directs the work aimed at maintaining data integrity in the Councils designated CRM system, thereby ensuring data quality and integrity across technology platforms through report management and the development/maintenance of operational documentation for service delivery. He/she is tasked with developing, maintaining, and distributing comprehensive reporting packages for tracking on individual, team, volunteer, and Council goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves as Councils subject matter expert, also known as the champion for the system of record Looker and the current CRM system Sales Force
• Defines and documents business requirements and delivers data-driven process improvement recommendation reporting to executives and stakeholders. Maps and documents new business practices and maintains the accuracy of existing business practice documentation
• Generates Council reports designed to help manage the business by gaining systems expertise in Looker, Volunteer Systems, eBudde, M2, Digital Cookie, and NetSuite
• Maintains accurate membership data; Auditing Volunteer Systems data entry and maintaining data integrity
• Creates queries to provide Salesforce reports and information in an accurate, timely manner
• Collaborates with internal project leads to identify process gaps and requirements for Volunteer Systems tool, assessing impact of new or updated business practices for the Council
• Presents verbal and written data analysis to the Leadership Team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management, or related field and/or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job
• 3-5 years of professional experience; 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Modeling, Process Improvement, Operations, and Reporting
• Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM database management systems
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to be flexible, extremely disciplined and deadline driven
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
• Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
