DDI Technology is seeking a Director, Title Services to join our team in Irmo, SC

DDI Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IAA Holdings LLC and RB Global Inc., provides a complete automotive titling and registration suite for all participants in the US automotive industry.

The Director of Title Services is responsible for leading a team of title processing professionals providing Business Process Outsource titling and registration solutions to dealer and lending participants in the US automotive industry. This position is a key driver to win new business and develop profitable customer relationships. The incumbent must maintain expert-level knowledge of all DDI products and services while fostering an All-In, One Team working environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):

• Lead a team of managers, supervisors, and title center team members to attain and exceed production targets
• Develop a flexible staffing model designed to evolve with changing client needs in an exceptionally competitive marketplace.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers and work closely with operational departments cross the RB Global enterprise.
• Develop, monitor, and refine best practices and work standards with particular emphasis on implementing findings of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strategize, recommend, organize, develop, and implement training enhancements.
• Evaluate information on an ongoing basis from multiple systems while dynamically monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of product delivery teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of competitor strategies, tactics and products
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of the US automotive industry
• Propose strategies and tactics to manage competitive threats and leverage marketplace opportunities.
• Develop and provide accurate, timely reporting to C-level and executive management
• 25% Travel is expected.

Competencies and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years leading a team in a BPO production environment.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and PowerPoint-enabled presentation skills.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to make data-based decisions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Leads with unquestioned ethical standards and integrity consistent with organizational values.
• Expert level planning and organizational skills
• Expert level knowledge and skills using the complete Microsoft Office suite
