Potential candidates should be able to perform minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and landscape work and participate in the rotating on-call schedule. • Complete basic service tasks
• Prepping apartments for new tenants
• Snow removal and/or shoveling
• Grounds maintenance
• Keep maintenance show organized
• Coordinates activities daily with maintenance supervisor
• Performs preventative maintenance on exterior
• Works directly with vendors
• Must interact with residents in a positive and professional manner
