Overview

The Field Technician works mostly in a hands-on role with the ability to assist the project superintendent in coordinating trade contractors, maintaining high safety standards, and assisting with the quality control process. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade contractors to stay on schedule
• Maintain strict accordance with the contract documents
• Support all safety efforts in the field, lead safety orientations
• Stay informed of all field activities
• Monitor actual work to maintain compliance for the work plan
• Maintain daily reports and documentation
• Enforce safety and quality control policies
• Attend and participates in project meetings
• Establish credibility among Owners, trade contractors, unions etc. by maintaining a fair and trustworthy environment

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• HS Diploma or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years experience in superintendent role on construction projects

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Basic technical and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn Procore, BIM, Bluebeam
• Construction-document and drawing literate, with general knowledge of all phases of construction
• Demonstrates ability knowledge in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling and cost control
• OSHA 30 hour certified

For (Colorado/Connecticut/New York City) this ranges from $XX,XXX.XX-$XXX,XXX.XX plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program.
