Job Title: AR Chargeback Specialist
Responsible for high volume accounts receivable, chargeback transactions with big box retail accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve issues related to chargebacks, short payments and outstanding invoices
- Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Reconcile, investigate and dispute chargebacks for unauthorized deductions (Pricing, Roll Back, Coop, Markdown, and Shipping violations).
- Research and fix problems in accounts related to shipping, incorrect charges, refunds, sales errors and credits and
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT on retail accounts
- Process credit memos for adjustments
- Accounting projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Location: Commutable to Los Angeles
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of chargeback experience with Walmart
- Experience working in Walmart portals, e.g., Retail Link
- Experience managing high volume claims, chargebacks, audits, and settlements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
