GGW Staffing is hiring for a full-time, permanent Process Improvement Engineer in San Jose.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with room to grow within the company. Working hours include Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm with potential required overtime on Saturdays.
We are looking for someone who can use Six Sigma, Lean, and other Operational Excellence tools and team based structured problem solving to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Leads and facilitates project teams to teams to improve process capabilities, eliminate defects, and reduce manufacturing costs.

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
