Consultant, Strategic Program Manager, Market Access, Pharmaceutical
Summary
Our growing, mid-sized pharmaceutical client has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a Strategic Program Manager responsible for Launch Management, Market Access, & Patient Experience. This consultant will coordinate across multiple commercial functions to develop and maintain launch plans, assist in Integrated asset planning, support project management, and contribute to other core operational activities.
This role will support the Strategy Team with strategic support for commercial launch planning, preparation, and execution. The individual/ vendor organization will ideally be able to leverage research and analyses conducted, knowledge of launch excellence, and the disease area. It will collaborate closely with the team in order to achieve the project objectives without added costs.
Description
• Determine project management methodology per project, manage project materials, utilize project management tools and processes
• Partner with the Department Home Office Teams to create and manage launch governance structure and organizational preparation/execution
• Support Inventory management of CNS Resources
• Document risks/issues and mitigation strategies
• Prepare leadership presentations and high-level cross-functional project support
• Develop and maintain project plans including decision points to communicate with leadership
• Support 2023 Integrated Asset Planning by managing the process and assisting in the creation of budget and presentation materials
• Other value-added projects, workshops, etc. as needed by the marketing team
• Own overall CNS Launch Readiness planning and documentation, creating and maintaining timelines, and driving launch to major milestones across functions
• Track and report Launch Readiness, drive launch to major milestones across functions
• Drive cross-functional and agency partners to achieve goals in a timely and efficient manner
• Facilitate decision-making, risk assessments, mitigation & timely issue resolution
• Lead launch readiness process, including reporting and decision-making
• Be the “go-to” person for requests related to team plans, documents, communications
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing team and Channel Strategy Team, manage interdependencies
• Develop and moderate/facilitate strategic planning and launch planning workshops
• Offer strategic input into CNS launch planning
• Aid in the formulation of Key Business Questions (KBQs) and track progress toward learning
• Ad Hoc Marketing Operations Support: (eg monitoring projects through Veeva, warehouse coordination, inventory of resources)
