Job Description As a Technical Business Analyst you will have the following key accountabilities: Align both solution strategy and high-level design with the Product Manager and Scrum Team Analyzing the domain/system and suggesting solution options Enable the team to deliver the envisioned solution, e. g. by providing the necessary information to Tech/Delivery Leads and Scrum Team For cross-squad or end-to-end topics: Align with (Technical) Business Analysts from other squads on cross cutting concerns and APIs from a (functional) perspective Provide Input for Test Automation cases Review & Refine Epics/Stories with the Scrum Team and review the outcomes with major stakeholders Pro-actively support Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, iteration plannings, reviews and retrospectives Takes over envisioned outcomes from Product and support design of solution strategy and a high-level design for achieving those Verify and reflect upon the solution roadmap, make sure that roadmap is transparent to all involved team members We are an ethical and honest company that is wholly committed to its clients and employees.
