Key Responsibilities
- Establishing services for new clients by understanding their unique needs and coordinating with a global team of bookkeepers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Acting as a senior accounting resource for bookkeepers to enhance client communication and service delivery.
- Overseeing and supporting the bookkeeping team for your assigned clients to ensure their diverse accounting needs are effectively addressed.
- Developing trusted advisor relationships with clients to provide tailored accounting advice and solutions.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Strong professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Technological proficiency with confidence in learning new software; familiarity with Excel is preferred.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate the unique challenges posed by each client.
- Demonstrated experience in managing accounting functions for multiple companies, preferably in-house or within an accounting firm. Titles such as Controller, Finance Manager, Full Charge Bookkeeper, or Senior Accountant indicate suitable experience.
