Job OverviewJoin our innovative and dynamic team as a Social Media & Advertising Coordinator/Photographer in a fully remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will employ your creativity and attention to detail to capture stunning images and videos of aircraft, design engaging social media content, manage both digital and print advertising, and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Your storytelling prowess will be essential in representing our brand and inventory through captivating visual and written material.
Key Responsibilities
  • Photography & Videography:
    • Capture high-quality photos and videos of aircraft that are visually striking and technically precise.
    • Utilize editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro to enhance images and videos.
    • Maintain an organized library of media assets for internal and external use.
  • Social Media Coordination:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage audiences and enhance our online presence.
    • Create, schedule, and publish compelling posts across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Analyze social media trends and performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
  • Advertising Management:
    • Oversee advertising initiatives on platforms like Controller and Trade-A-Plane, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to highlight the unique features of our aircraft.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Evaluate and report on the performance of digital advertising and social media campaigns, focusing on traffic, engagement, and conversions.
    • Provide actionable insights based on campaign analytics and industry trends.
  • General Marketing Support:
    • Assist with promotional campaigns and marketing materials under the guidance of the Vice President of Development.
    • Work in tandem with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in photography, social media management, or advertising.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) for image and video editing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and performance analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A genuine passion for aviation is essential, with a private pilot license considered a valuable asset.
