Nurse Manager
Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm On Call
$41/hr. / $20,000 Retention Bonus, Retention bonus - $5,000 upon start, rest given throughout first 18 months
Summary of Job: The Nurse Manager position is responsible for all nursing services under the direction of the Site Leader. The Nurse Manager position also works closely with the Medical Director to coordinate and improve clinical care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supervises, evaluates and provides leadership and coaching to nursing personnel.
· Arranges coverage for nurse absences.
· Works as an RN in a variety of capacities during staff shortages and in emergent situations.
· Assures that the delivery of nursing care complies with licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
· Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve productivity, efficiency, recovery outcomes and medical care.
· Coordinates the relationship with outside medical and nursing support services including pharmacy and laboratory services.
· Provides Clinical Supervision to nursing staff.
· Completes clinical documentation as required.
· Understands and adheres to compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
· Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
· Performs other related duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. · Valid and current state-specific RN license.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent experience required, Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
· Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including two (2) years of behavioral health nursing and two (2) years of management experience.
