A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ASSISTANT - BOOKKEEPING
In this office position, you play a vital role in our company. Each day, you provide essential assistance to our customers over the phone and help keep our office's finances in order. As phone calls come in, you answer them with a warm and helpful demeanor. You listen intently as our clients describe their issues and promptly schedule them for the appropriate services.
In addition to aiding our customers, you handle some accounting tasks for the shop, including our accounts receivable. No detail, no matter how small, gets past you! You get great satisfaction in knowing you do so much to help our business continue to thrive!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ASSISTANT - BOOKKEEPING
Experience using Excel and Word would be a plus. Are you service-oriented? Do you always have a good attitude? Are you punctual and reliable? Do you enjoy interacting with others over the phone? If yes, you might just be perfect for this accounting position!
