We are growing and seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is willing to travel between offices (Tucker/Stockbridge), has the experience, has a strong desire to help others, and works well on a team.

Clinical Assistant Responsibilities

• Manages HBOT schedule to include calling patients to confirm appointments and answer questions, escorting patients into the HBOT area, orientation to the unit, and presenting during the procedure.
• Escorts patients to check out after.
• Writes procedure notes and assigns them to provider staff to review and sign.
• Will train other staff to operate the unit as requested.
• Scribe for office visit notes for providers as assigned.
• Completes paperwork for providers, as assigned.
• Acts as a resource for the clinical floor to fill into room patients, dispense medications, and other tasks as may be needed when the clinic gets very busy or in acute staffing needs.

• This is a flexible, high-responsibility position; therefore, we seek a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Typically located in one office but may require travel
• May be located in Tucker or Stockbridge but may be traveling between the 2.
• Fluent in both English/Spanish written and verbal - Preferred
• 2 years of professional experience
