We are actively recruiting for an open position of Call Center Manager, at our Affiliate, Georgia Retina.

This position entails remaining responsible for the overall efficiency and operation of the Call Center and it’s staff. Manage training of new staff and ongoing education of current staff members by planning and implementing educational and instructional programs for improved patient care, triage and scheduling.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting with focus on customer service, preferably 1-2 years in a call center environment.
REQUIREMENTS: Computer and typing skills. Ability to travel between office locations as needed, possibly on short notice. Must possess reliable personal transportation.
