Georgia Dermatology Partners is Hiring a Medical Front Office Receptionist Near Snellville, GA

Georgia Dermatology Partners is looking for an experienced Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our team in our Snellville office. The Medical Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for patient check-in and check-out, insurance verification, answering / routing phone calls, patient collections, and scanning medical documents.

The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all patients and visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she must have understanding of medical front office processes, insurance benefits, administrative and clerical procedures/systems. Must have the ability to multitask in a busy environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Patient Check In / Check Out
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Insurance Verification
  • Answering Phone Calls
  • Patient Collections
  • Scanning and Fax Distribution

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required
  • Prior experience working in medical office setting is required
  • Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Must be able to multi-task in fast paced medical environment
