- 1 - 3 Years experience with CNC machines.
- Basic knowledge of CNC equipment and tooling.
- Experience with the following equipment:.
- Belt Sander, Drop Saw, CNC VCM, Band Saww, 1 - 3 years with CAM software, Hand Saw, Miscellaneous Hand Tools.
- Understand work and tool offsets.
- Troubleshooting programs.
- Three axis vertical mill setup.
- Multi-vise work holding.
- Long reach tooling.
- Filing and deburr.
- Import and export of NC files.
- Workplace safety.
- Able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly.
- Attention to detail and surface quality.
- G and M code through MDI.
- Tool construction and breakdown.
- Calipers up to 100mm, Depth Micrometer, Gauge Blocks, Pin Gauges, Micrometer, Tape Measurer, Dial Test Indicator.
- Hand tapping.
- Metric and imperial conversion.
- Fanuc controls.
- Basic math - Fractions and Decimals.
